"Top-notch service all the way"
I had a top-notch experience. I goofed up my order and had to ask for a partial refund. Not only did they respond to my email super quickly, but they also processed the refund right away, all while being really friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this company for their excellent customer service. Looking forward to trying the product!

I tried the coffee experience and it was top-notch. Dan really knows his stuff and is super passionate about the entire coffee process, from ‘bean to cup,’ as folks say. It was a fantastic chance to learn more about coffee quality and sample a few different types. The new knowledge definitely boosts your appreciation! We gifted this experience for our son’s 21st birthday, and everyone had a blast. Big thanks to Dan!

I've been enjoying a monthly subscription for some time now, and I've never faced any problems with the delivery. Plus, all the coffee is sourced ethically and arrives in environmentally friendly packaging. Overall, a fantastic company!

"Can't Go Back to Other Coffee"
Writing this review feels a bit bittersweet; whenever I hit up cafes, I can't help but stack their coffee against Chimney Fire's, and honestly, most just don't measure up. But hey, I'm saving a ton since I can whip up my own barista-level brews at home and work. My morning ritual during lockdown has become one of the best parts of my day! Beyond the fantastic flavor and quality, I love that the beans are ethically sourced and the packaging is eco-friendly, which is a huge plus! Big thanks to Chimney Fire; you've really spoiled me for any other coffee!

"Delivery of Coffee Roasted to Perfection"
This coffee is roasted just right and comes vacuum sealed to keep it fresh. The cost is quite reasonable and covers shipping too! Plus, it feels good to support a company that’s friendly and cares about ethics.

Amazing coffee... Just right in roasting and grinding... I usually get a month's supply at once, so it stays fresh and packed with that wonderful coffee scent.

"Adore the coffee from El Salvador"
I really adore the coffee from El Salvador! It’s not overly dark, and has just the perfect level of acidity, leaning more towards berry flavors than caramel. If you’re into medium, well-balanced brews, this one’s a winner and the price is unbeatable! I'm getting ready to place my third order.

"Tried my first cup of Ranmore..."
This morning, I enjoyed my first cup of Ranmore Signature after receiving my order yesterday. Wow, what a fantastic coffee! The roasting was done beautifully, and the flavor was just incredible. I really appreciated the way the vanilla notes balanced with the chocolate and nutty flavors. It was such a smooth drink. Plus, since I got a 1KG bag - which is a great deal, by the way - I’ll be savoring plenty more cups!

They really appreciate quality coffee and had a blast discovering the whole journey, it’s truly from bean to cup and couldn’t be explained any better. A definite essential for coffee lovers, my dad came back home as a champ of the coffee tasting quiz.
